Ceramics Buy Anja makes handmade, unique pieces of stoneware ceramics. Due to the nature of hand crafted work, colours and sizes can vary slightly from the photographs. Please email us using the contact form on the webpage if you would like to see more photos of a particular piece of work before you decide. All prices are in pounds sterling.
How to buy:
Online: Select items to buy. Go to your shopping cart, then proceed through the checkout pages as prompted. Once payment is received, we will pack and dispatch your item.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com If we have already posted the item you will need to follow the directions below and return the item to us.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. However should you wish to return an item, please get in touch by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your name, phone number, invoice number and reason for wanting to return the item. Once you have emailed us, please wrap the item very securely, if possible in the original packaging, and we will give you instructions for the return. Once it has been returned in perfect condition within 28 days, we will then arrange an exchange, credit note or refund. Please understand that we are unable to pay for any postage charges – either the postage cost of sending it to you or your cost of returning it to us.
Keep the postage receipt in case of any loss or damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for lost or damage items that you have posted back to us. If the product has not been returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement of the item.
It can take up to 3 working days before your order is dispatched. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us before ordering and we will let you know if this is possible.
We do not make a profit on delivery fees; we simply charge you what it costs to send the work to you. We aim to use as much recycled material as possible in our packaging.
If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery with the postal service used. If you do not arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot, and it is returned to cambridge contemporary crafts, then we will have to charge to ship it out again.
Orders are sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will take 3 – 7 working days to arrive once it has been sent. In rare cases it can take a bit longer, especially during busy times of year. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days please get in touch.
International orders are sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will take between 5 – 14 days to reach you.
You, or the addressee, may be required to pay customs fees and their subsequent charges on receipt of your order anywhere outside of the UK. Please be aware that payment of these duties is your responsibility. There could also be a delay while the item is held in customs. Unfortunately we have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel may be delayed.
Packaging & Breakages
We wrap each item very carefully. Any ceramic items are wrapped in bubble wrap as well as any additional packaging such as polystyrene. We endeavour to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged or has a fault, please email us at email@example.com immediately, so that we can arrange an exchange. Please do not throw the item away. Keep it in its packaging and inform us of the problem within 7 days of receiving the goods, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for damage that has occured.
All artwork on this website qualifies for copyright as it has originated from the ceramic artist Anja Penger-Onyett. Anja has invested time, skill and effort into creating her artwork and as owner of the images on this site has the right to prevent others:
• copying the work
• issuing copies(known as distribution rights)
• renting or lending the work
• making an adaptation of the work
Legal Rights: all materials on these pages are copyrighted. No part of these pages, either text or images may be used for any purpose other than personal use, unless explicit authorisation is given. Therefore reproduction, modification, storage in a retrieval system or retransmission, in any form or by any means – electronic, mechanical or otherwise, for reasons other than personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Anja will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, she will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. She will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these.
Whilst she attempts to be as accurate as possible with the specifications of the artwork offered for sale, she cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.
Any details that a visitor inputs in this website will be used solely to process a purchase; for administration purposes and to maintain communication between visitor and artist. Personal information will not be passed over to any other organisation or company for any reason unless required to do so by law.
